Basic Climbing Refresher is a series of FREE independent clinics for Basic Grads and Glacier Travel grads, and those with equivalent training and experience. This series is an opportunity to learn current best practices, new gear, new techniques and brush up on your skills.
Non-members, and members who believe they have equivalent training, but are without a Basic Climbing, Intermediate Climbing, or Glacier Travel badge, are welcome. But they will need to contact the leader to sign up for the clinics.
Intermediates and grads are invited to instruct and also take part in the activities.
Skill clinics will be offered throughout the year, depending on demand and instructor availability. The goal is for at least one clinic every two months in addition to the late spring "4 Clinic Refresher Course" series.
You can do as much or as little as you'd like. There is no grading. No badge is awarded.
