This will be my first visit to this fire lookout. The hike is presented as relatively short and easy at 4 miles and 1000 feet of gain. We can meet at the U.S. Forest Service Ranger Station at 8:00 am to carpool. Then, we can travel to the trail head and take our time to the lookout.
