Trail Emergency Preparedness/First Aid

This class is designed for those wanting trail first aid training, but unable to participate in Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or Mountaineer Oriented First Aid (MOFA) classes.  I am a physician who has completed MOFA and WFA but because of the limited scope of this course, you will not obtain any special certification or badge. 

General topics covered include:   Prevention of illness and injury, Assessment and treatment of common illnesses or injuries, Recommendations concerning items  for a personal first aid kit.
