Seattle Pathfinders Bikepacking Trip - Spencer Spit State Park
Enjoy a weekend at the beach on your bikes. Spencer Spit State Park has amazing beach front camping and is accessible via a bicycle from the Lopez Island Ferry Terminal. While on the island, we can explore the tide flats at low tide, hike the trails in the state park, take a day trip to town on bikes, and enjoy spending time with our Pathfinder community in the great outdoors.

A bike packing trip to Lopez Island's Spencer Spit State Park for the Pathfinder Community.
The safety of all participants is most important. All bicycle riders should be familiar with the rules of the road; understand how to use hand signals to communicate intention to cars and other riders; know to ride in single file on the side of the road. Participants must be at the May 18th Pathfinders meeting to review safety rules of the road and have bicycles checked for safety. While on the street, participants will ride in groups of 8 or less with a chaperone at the front and rear of the group.
