Partner Program - Solid Ground Sand Point

Solid Ground works to keep people in their current homes through information, advocacy, case management and limited financial support. They strive to rapidly rehouse families who lose their housing and connect people with long-term housing solutions. They also work to undo the impact of institutional racism that’s baked into laws, policies and procedures and creates barriers for people of color struggling to access and maintain housing.
