CHS 2 Hike - Grand Prospect

Less popular I-90 trail that makes for enjoyable year-round hiking. On sunny days, bask in the occasional clear-cuts and views; on rainy days, enjoy the thick forest and mossy trunks. CHS 2 pace (2.0-3.0 mph)

8 am at the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail Parking Lot. Exit 27 off I-90

This trail passes through thick forest and clear-cuts, providing ample variety. With two viewpoints, we will hopefully have nice views of North Bend and the Middle Fork valley.

Please remember to follow all of the required COVID protocols. You must have the required face covering (mask, neck gaiter, bandana) and hand sanitizer in your possession to participate in this hike. The face covering must be able to cover the mouth and nose when we pass close to others. Be prepared to step off the trail or turn outward when passing other hikers and maintain social distancing. Carpooling is limited to household members.
