Per the curriculum guide in the resources tab of the Basic Climbing Course, the activities will cover:
- Different styles of climbing
- Belay stance and catching in a safe environment
- Practice removing (cleaning) gear while climbing
If we have time, we can cover rappelling, but generally folks just want to climb and have fun. We will cover rappelling at Picnic rock near North Bend instead.
