This all day field trip takes place at Foss Peak in the Tatoosh range of Mt. Rainier Nat'l Park, south of Paradise.
On this field trip you will learn and practice the skills taught at the earlier field trips as part of a real live scramble trip up to the summit of a peak in the Cascades. The plan is to practice your steep snow, self-arrest, glissading, rock scrambling, and navigation skills.
