Rock I lecture prior to weekend field trip for Olympia Intermediate Climbing students. Rock I is a prerequisite for Rock II and must be taken in the same year including the lectures.


Prior lead climbing experience is now required to sign up for the the rock modules to ensure all participants have the foundational skills for the technical curriculum. Experience from local gyms (like holding a lead card), Mountaineers courses, or equivalent outside experience is required; please reach out to the module leader/contact or the Intermediate Committee if you have any questions about this requirement.

We will be using Chris' climbing "warehouse" for this in the evening. Start time is 6:00PM  location will be provided via email prior to the lecture.
