Participants for the Ice Modules should already possess foundational skills in multipitch rock climbing and rope rescue, as this experience is crucial for safely engaging with the advanced techniques taught. If your sole exposure to multipitch climbing is from the Rock II module, it's strongly advised that you gain more experience before signing up for the Ice Modules. Please reach out to the module leader/contact or the Intermediate Committee if you have any questions about this requirement.

Also note, the Hard Snow module is a prerequisite that must be taken in the same year as the Ice Modules; if you completed Hard Snow in a prior season but experienced a gap before taking the Ice Modules, while technically not mandatory, you are strongly encouraged to retake it to ensure your skills are current.

TBD. Date subject to change due to weather and location restrictions.
