All students who enroll in the course must also enroll in this backup field trip, reserving the date in the event that one or both of the original field trips must be canceled due to weather conditions. This ensures that all students will be available for the makeup field trip.
The backup field will only be run if the original field trip date is canceled due to weather concerns.
It is not an alternate field trip option nor a make up for someone who missed the field trip for personal reasons.
