In this first of two orientation sessions for the GoHike course, we'll give you information and tools to get started hiking, including how to sign up for hikes, share our  philosophy and values, what is expected, and connect you with a community of other hikers and dedicated volunteers who are eager to help you overcome any roadblocks or fears and get out there, starting from where you are!  This session is required to graduate from the GoHike series.

We ask that you refrain from sending in questions/concerns in advance. We will answer your questions and ease your concerns in our two comprehensive orientation sessions.
