This field trip will focus on running skills for technical terrain - Running on trails with rocks, roots, mud, creeks, etc.

    We will meet at 5:00 pm for introductions and warm-up. We will start running at 5:15 pm.

    No parking pass required. 

    This session focuses on technical terrain running. We will do a loop around Cougar Mountain from the Harvey Manning Trailhead. We'll be increasing the distance from Session 2, with more practice of uphill and downhill running and a greater focus on technical terrain.
