Intro to Trail Running: Frontcountry - Trail and Group Etiquette - Grand Ridge Park (Snoqualmie)

This will be a moderate trail run where we discuss the written and unwritten rules of trail running.

  • Easy
  • Mileage: 6.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 950 ft
  • Pace: 13-15 min miles

We will meet at Central Park in the Issaquah Highlands by the lower (southern) soccer fields.

This will be a relatively easy that will consist of single track and wider trails that will give us a chance to talk about the various scenarios we will encounter as trail runners when coming across other trail users.  Please come prepared to have fun, learn, and meet new people!

We will do something that approximates this route:  Grand Ridge Grinder | Run | Strava
