Youth & Family Top Rope Climbing - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center
Indoor and outdoor top rope climbing for Everett Youth. Parents are encouraged to attend, but not required. Parents are also encouraged to put on a harness and try out climbing. No prior experience required!

Climbing shoes and harnesses (including full-body harnesses for small children) for will be available to borrow.
This is a casual and fun event to introduce our families to Everett Youth & Family and to basic climbing in a low-stakes environment.
In the case of inclement weather, the indoor walls will be available.
If you have a top rope belay badge and would like to volunteer, please register as an instructor.
Qualified Youth Leaders will be present at this activity. When registering your child, you may automatically check the two boxes and click “Register.” There is no need to click “Request Permission” or receive written approval.
The event will begin at 2:00 and end at 5:00. Leaders please stay to break down ropes and anchors. We plan to utilize both the indoor and outdoor climbing spaces, weather permitting.
Required Equipment
Climbing shoes and harness if you already own them.
