As show in this picture taken on May 12 (kindly forwarded by another Mountaineers member), the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail is closed at Grand Prospect due to logging activity. The closure is believed to extend for a couple miles to East Peak. I looked but was unable to find any addition info about the closure on either WTA, DNR, or elsewhere, so no word on how long the closure will last.
