Tronsen Ridge
Low coverage was an issue and snow quality wasn't great, but I still had a fun time! Skied up to Tronsen Head.

This gets billed as a beginner area but there is no easy way to drop off Tronsen Ridge. I sidestepped down a cornice and skied a brief 45+ degree pitch before the terrain eased off. It was significantly harder than the double blacks I had been skiing at Mission Ridge the previous day. I'm not sure there are any easy ways down right now because of the low snow coverage (numerous bare patches) along trail 1205. Stay on the marked winter trails for the best conditions and coverage.
You can access this area via the sno-park, or there are numerous non-permitted pullouts near Blewett Pass. I parked at the entrance to FR 7240 although it filled up by 2pm when I left.
