Great weather. Did standard route down, but variation on ascent to also bag Freedom (6442'). Left trail at 4200' to ascend drainage just south of Freedom. Went up ridgelet just left of stream to ~4600', then dropped into gulley containing compact snow and ascended until able to do ascending traverse left to reach ridge top just SE of Freedom. Up and over Freedom to rejoin standard route.
