South Early Winter Spire/Southwest Couloir

Led a climb of the gully route on 4/19/15. the gully was in PERFECT shape. snow with a little ice at the middle constriction point but overall was in about as good a shape as you could ask for. 6 hours round trip for a party of 6.
one person forgot their crampons and had to wait at the base of the gully for us. crampons, ice axes, pickets (recommend 8 for the party if you don't want to run it out on the upper section), and rock pro were all used.
