Silver King

On 4/30/16, 12 of us, including 9 of this year's students, climbed Silver King from the Crystal Mountain ski area. The weather was great: much warmer than predicted with plenty of sun and good views in most directions. Snow conditions were quite variable, and glissading was OK but not ideal. Productive time was spent practicing snow skills and navigation, but I think the highlight for everyone was enjoying the views from the summit.
