Sea Kayak - Indian Island Circumnavigation

While it did not affect our trip this time, we could see that preliminary work to relocate utilities was underway for the state’s fish barrier removal project at the isthmus between Indian Island and Marrowstone Island.  Assuming WSDOT’s work continues on schedule and as planned, the causeway and its culverts will be replaced with a new bridge.  For more information on the project, check these links:
