Satulick Mountain

A punctuated pause in precipitation gave us an enjoyable/mostly dry and cold day on 2/13/16 with wet snow falling at ~3pm on the way out. Bridges are out on Kautz Creek crossing(s) but getting across was fairly easy. Pyramid Creek bridge is still in as were all others albeit with some steep snow to get to them (self belay with ice axes were a great help). Snow on Wonderland Trail portion was surprisingly compacted, with only serious trail breaking work on the off trail part from Squaw Lakes to the summit. Times were 5.5 hrs up, 4 hrs down, 9.5 hrs total.
