Sail - Esther, Port of Edmonds Marina

Wild and woolly wind and seas. A brave crew performing well under less than ideal conditions. And what is with our destination being upwind both ways? The sea is a mystery.

  • Road recommended for high clearance only

  • Winds to 20 knots, seas 1-2 feet, except the 5' wake of the outbound container ship.  Confusing wind, contrary current both ways.

Although the weather was not all it could have been, the crew were great and performed well under the conditions.  And the food was pretty tasty too.
