Norse Peak (winter)

11/22/2014: We had a delightful trip. We spotted a car at the base of the north ridge (about a mile and a half north of the ski resort) and started off from the ski resort. There was about one inch of snow at the trailhead and it was snowing lightly. As we climbed into Bullion Basin, the snow got deeper and was falling faster. We ran the ridge from above Bullion Basin to the summit and kept on going, dropping off the north ridge to the car. Most of the ridge had about 2 feet of fresh powder. Everything about the trip was wonderful, except that low clouds obscured the views. We ended the day with a wonderful Thai dinner in Enumclaw.
