Trip Report

Ingalls Peak/South Ridge

Saturday Oct 17th - started out at 7am by head lamp. The forecast was cool and cloudy. We were at the base by 10am with no one else on the route. As the first rope topped out at the rap station it begin to snow and became very windy, snowy, and wet. Everyone summited but it was a bit sketchy for the last rope by the time they got started climbing due to the cold wet rock.
We met one group at the base of the climb as we rappeled off who attempted to the route but quickly decided it was not worth it and bailed.

partly sunny and pleasant by the time we got back to ingalls pass (of course) and uneventful all the way back to the cars.
