Ingalls Peak/East Ridge

The climb was on May 2, 2015 with a party size of 3. Camped at trailhead left at 5 am. Encountered intermittent snow on the trail before the trail junction to Longs pass then all snow mid way up Ingall's pass. Needed ice ax and crampons to the base of climb. Made the base of climb at 9:00 and began climbing. Still snow on the north side of the ridge requiring the use of ice ax and self belay for 3 sections. Made the climb in mountaineering boots and reached the summit by 2 pm. Brought a second rope along and did a double rope rappel, speeding the decent. Bluebird day no wind. Back to the car at 5:45
