Guye Peak/North Route

Lynn and I led an after hours scramble up Guye Peak on June 25. We gained 2,000' of elevation in a trip that was 4 1/2 hours long. The route was snow free almost until the Cave Ridge - Guye Peak pass, with mixed snow and rock thereafter. The summit rock and slabs below were clear of snow. Turned on the headlamps for the last few minutes of descent.
