Discovery Bay: Maynard Beach to Contractors Point

After touring the southern portion of Discovery Bay, we paddled up Snow Creek a short distance beyond the Highway 101 bridge. The deepest channel from the creek mouth through the tidal flats and back into Discovery Bay was close to the west shore of the bay.
