A good evening hike on Cougar Mountain. The rain mostly held off.

There was a lot of blowdown - trees and branches hanging over the trail due to last week's storm. All were surmountable. And lots of mud.
No problems parking. The rain mostly held off for us, we had a good hike up to the peak and had dinner there. A cloud moved in so we were in the mist and it was quite dark on the way down. Everyone did fine.
