The trail is in good condition with some blowdown that is easily stepped over. There were some muddy patches. The parking lot had ice, there was none up above.
We were thrilled to have a sunny day. It was freezing in the parking lot, but it didn’t take long to get warm. We stopped at the Bullitt Fireplace for a break, then again at Debbie’s View. We could see Mt. Rainier. It was a good day.
