Day Hike - Poo Poo Point via High School Trail

Great alternative trail to the Chirico trail if you are looking for more distance and an shallower ascent to Poo Poo Point.

  • Road suitable for all vehicles

  • Road to the parking area is littered with organic debris and water-filled potholes, but otherwise clear, easy to find, and well lit.

The trail was well marked and free and clear of downed trees, except one location approx. 1/3 of the way into the trail.  Easily walked under with a slight crouch.  Otherwise, no issues.  No toilets available at the parking lot, however there is a pit toilet at the summit.
