We beat the heat on a nice early morning hike on ol' Rosie!

The last mile of unpaved road was in good shape, it appeared to have been recently graded. New chip pavement on the previous few miles.
We did the lollipop loop for a very enjoyable uncrowded hike. Started at 7:45, back to the cars before 1:30. Spent about a half hour on the summit rocks, had lunch, took photos. Not many bugs and we met only a few other hikers along the trail. Some wildflowers blooming too.
