Day Hike - Mima Falls

Trail is in great, early season, condition. The parking lot is large for this well-traveled trail. Privy is open and serviced. Remember your Discover Pass.

  • This trail is often muddy but for our outing, we found  little mud.  Since it is a multi-use trail, you can expect to find horses, bikes, runners, families with dogs and other hikers.

We did the “lollipop loop” counter clockwise.  This gives a more gradual incline and the back side of the loop is often very quiet as most people go out to the falls and back or the horse and bike riders are on the many intersecting roads.  This route will give you about 7 miles with 500 feet gain.
