Day Hike - Marmot Pass
Successful graduation hike for Tacoma's Conditioning Hiking Series. It was a beautiful day at Marmot Pass!

The trail was well-maintained and in good condition.
We met at the Quilcene Ranger Station at 8 a.m., and were at the trailhead just before 9 a.m. Limited parking was still available. It was a beautiful fall day and we had good conditions all day. The group did well, and we all joined in celebrating the CHS graduation for two of the hikers! We had a leisurely lunch at the pass before descending back to the trailhead. Fall foliage was beautiful. We were back to the trailhead before 5 p.m.
