Beautiful warm, spring day and lovely hike, with lots of flowers coming out. Lunch at the beach at low tide.

slight bit of mud in a few places on the trail but overall good condition. Route can be tricky to follow as there are many intersections and signs missing, but you can't really get too lost. Gaia or All trails is good to have along.
I love to park in the Dash Point Highlands park (in a neighborhood) as it gives us a few hours of hiking before we get to the beach for our lunch spot. There are no privies at the park, but also no need for a Discover Pass.
Many of the trails are shared use with Mountain bikes, so you need to be aware of this when hiking.

Spring flowers we saw: Trillium, False Lily of the Valley, Trailing blackberry, Salmon berry, False Solomon's seal, Thimbleberry, Oregon Grape, Miner's lettuce.
