Day Hike - Big Creek Loop
Successful hike on a beautiful day. All 4 CHS hikers who have each had very little previous hiking experience completed the hike without significant problems.

Route was excellent. No obstacles. No snow, rainfall or debris.
This is a popular hike and will get more popular as we get further into spring and summer and the campground fills up. We decided to get an early start with the objective of beating the crowds and this was a very good decision. We got to the trailhead at 9:20 and encountered only a couple of hikers on the way up and a few more on the way down. If I was doing this hike a few weeks from now I would aim for an even earlier start.
