Day Hike - Annette Lake

The road to the trailhead is potholed.  Most vehicles can make it but watch out for the huge pothole on the west side of the road where the pavement ends - that one will bottom out your low clearance car.

The outhouse at the trailhead was locked!!!

There are two trees down on the trail.  The one near the bottom is easy to step over.  The one near the top can be stepped over or crawled under.  Neither is too difficult to get by, but they would be easy to remove by a trail crew with an 18" saw.

There is no snow on the route and there were only a few bugs.

A fair number of people were on the trail on the Wednesday morning when we went.
