Trail was in great condition today without hazards nor puddles on the trail. There appears to be several new wood steps and the reworked trail avoiding some of the residential property is now open. The Fall Country Waterfall was flowing as strong and large as any of us have ever experienced.
There is enough pull off parking for at least 10 cars adjacent to the road and trailhead. On the RT of 5.5 miles and about 600+' of elevation gain we were able to identify Licorice Ferns, a Piliated Woodpecker and one white trillium about to open up. With a moving pace of 2.4 mph and several stops, we completed the trip in 2:45.
