Bryant Peak/Hemlock Pass

5/1/2016. Standard route via Denny Creek, except that we skipped Hemlock pass by going NNE about 400' below Hemlock at the big clearing.
Bluebird skies, warm temps and no wend made for perfect day. Snow was intermittent from the cars and consistent above Snowshoe Falls. We brought sandals for the Denny Creek crossing, but on the return we found a couple small logs about 100' upstream that we did not see in the morning. The snow had melted out from the top 50' feet of the summit were the route gets a lot steeper, so that was not a challenge, (in winter, the last part is pretty hard).
9 hours round trip, including an hour of sun tanning on the summit.
