Bikepack - Dosewallips River/Abandoned National Park Road

Bikepack from Dosewallips trailhead to lower campground. Set up camp there and then bike to upper campground and return

  • Road suitable for all vehicles

  • Trailers frosty and dry. Bridges were a little slippery.

Only one other group was camping so we had our pick of campsites at the lower campground. Left our gear and biked up to upper campground. One small fir tree was down across trail so we did some trail stewardship and trimmed limbs and cleared trail. A few other bikers and hikers on trail. Sunny both days but cold and frosty. No wind.
