Trails were able to be followed.
Gate opened at 9:00 AM. Drove up to Paradise (upper parking lot).
route was confusing at first as ropes were set up to cordon off 'snow-play area'. Snow-play area from from prior locations. Eventually we were able to find a route up the side of Alta Vista in spite of low visibility due to fog in the area. found the 'trail' and climbed up to Glacier Vista. Clouds broke for a partial view of Mt. Rainier. Stunning! returned to parking lot and came home.
