Snow all the way to trailhead
0730 meet up, moving by 815. Snow on route starting at the parking lot. Gully 1 was soft, about 3" of boot penetration, no crampons needed. Gully 2 about 6". Moat is present and fairly large. Our teams traversed climbers left of the typical ingress point across a snow bridge over he moat and was able to make it up on the ridge; snow bridge will probably be gone by next week.
All climbers summited by 1:30 pm. Gnarly tree still looking gnarly, but solid. Rappel was set up to get back down into the gully, but down climbing wasn't too bad. Back at cars at 5 pm.
