Approach hike was pleasant and scenic. Lots of blueberries along the trail. Set hand line for 100' gulley to clump of trees with rap station. The one pitch of climbing is fun. I set one cam, several  DMM Walnuts, and a pink and black tri-cam. I tend to sew things up and used 6 of the 8 draws I brought. The final 10'  from the  belay tree (one good live tree + 1 dead tree) to  the ridge crest (where there is a rap station setup around a solidly intact boulder) is loose and sandy. Walking/climbing and rope play in this area can easily knock pebbles and rocks on other party members below. Mountaineers summit register booklet from 2003 is full and should be replaced. Descended via 2 single rope rappels at established rap stations. Both rap stations had 3 rap rings each, however, the webbing is looking less than new on both. Added a single 20' loop of yellow 5mm cord to the upper rap station because the existing flat webbing (blue and yellow) was very faded and crunchy.
