With the low snow, choose finesse laps at Summit East instead of the Alpental Valley.
The official uphill route on the front side is in good condition -- as well as the official uphill route on the backside.
Decending Hidden Valley on the backside had moguls with some rocks and sticks. To the side conditions were lumpy mank.
Decending Revelation the backside was smoother and had fewer rocks to avoid.
Descending Sissy's and Chikamin on the front side was smooth and very few obstacles to avoid.
The section from where the uphill route departs Creek run to where it merges with Hyak Face was narrow and the snow was dirty from low coverage. The bottom part of Hyak Face was OK -- one narrow section with dirty snow needed to cross the bridge over the creek that runs across just above the loading station.
It was foggy the whole time, but no rain fell during the outing. We did two backside runs and one frontside run. Polled group about making an additional fronside lap from where the uphill route departs creek run, everyone was OK with calling it good.
