Arch Rock

Beautiful 12 mile out and back "walk in the woods" on a hot summer day. This is a relatively flat (500 ft. elev. gain) hike that was good for a hot day. A few nice views but mostly deep forest. The trail is in great condition and we saw an elk calf very near in a small pasture. The road up to the trail is paved until the last five miles where it becomes gravel. A little rough but nothing that would prohibit you from making the trip.
