Trails are in good conditions.
From the upper Mt Townsend TH we followed to trail to the silver lake trail which we followed to silver lake.
After a break we found a well beaten boot path which lead to the saddle.
We then followed a climber path along the ridge to the summit.

After a having lunch on the summit we decided to go down the trail which lead to a boulder field which we went down to the lake.
