Rainforest Ridge
A short hike up a ridge right outside of the town of Glacier.
Getting There
Drive SR-542 (Mount Baker Highway) one mile east of Glacier, turn right onto Forest Road 39, and drive ~1 mile to the Glacier Creek Sno-Park.
On the Trail
Walk back along Forest Road 39 for a quarter of a mile, then turn right onto the Thompson Creek Road. After a third of a mile, the trail is on the left. It goes up the ridge and down the other side. You can return the way you came, or make a loop by returning on Forest Road 3910 (Thompson Creek Road).
