Fortune Peak Huts (Teanaway)

Getting There

Park at 29 Pines Campground (a Sno-Park Permit is required). There is also a shuttle and gear haul service available - you'll be shuttled to Beverly Creek Campground and skin the final 4 miles 700' gain to the huts, while your gear is delivered and waiting for your arrival. Hut host will run you through the systems and safety protocols upon your arrival. There is a morning shuttle with time for an afternoon tour, or a mid-day shuttle for your group.

Ski Descents

Multiple options for touring the Wenatchee Mountains in the Teanaway River and DeRoux Creek drainages are available from the Fortune Peak Huts. Ski options include Iron Peak, Teanaway Peak, Esmeralda Peaks, Koppen Mountain, and Hawkins Mountain.
