getting there

Take Exit 4 off of SR-16 and turn left onto N Jackson Ave. Drive 0.3 mile and turn right onto 6th Ave. Drive 1.2 miles and turn right into the park.

Walk the beaches and roads on Day Island, walk from Day Island to Titlow Park along city streets, and hike the Hidden Beach and the Lagoon Loop trails in Titlow Park. This hike often offers a bonus treat. From the Titlow Park web page: Harbor seals utilize shoreline locations as resting paces (haul-outs) for several hours every day to regulate body temperature, interact with other seals and sleep. Sea pups are born in he spring and summer and need time ashore.
