Daylight being limited, the pace will be on the faster side. We'll ascend either the road or trail to Sasse depending on snow conditions. Then snowshoe the ridge to Howson, descending offtrail from point 5159.
NW Forest passes will be needed.
Eastgate Park & Ride 5:30am. East of the parking garage, beneath the overpass.
